These are spares for the gasoline engine of our portable power plant when electricity from the street goes out. Having spare spark plugs is good preparedness if you have made the mistake of using fuel with corn in it. Gasohol destroys the rubber parts of the carburetor and fouls the spark plug. We have since gone over to corn-free gasoline with no problems. But the gasohol takes on water when it sits for more than a month, even with fuel preservative in there. These plugs are identical to the factory original that came with the generator. We have set the gap on both spares. If we ever have any problems starting the engine we can swap a new one in there and get the lights back on. Recommended !
